High Speed Running Portion

The percentage of total distance covered at speeds above 20 km/h.
Measures your impact in transitions, counterattacks, and recovery.

HPM
HSR Per Minute

Distance covered at high speed per minute.
Together with HSR Portion, it shows whether your high-intensity runs are short and frequent or long and less frequent.

SPM
Sprint Per Minute

The number of sprints above 25 km/h per minute.
Evaluates your explosive high-intensity performance.

ENERGY SCORE
An integrated energy performance score based on 18 physical metrics. A higher score indicates a stronger capacity to generate and exert energy.

BASIC ACTIVITY DATA

DISTANCE RUN
Total distance covered.
PLAY TIME
Total time analyzed.

SPEED METRICS

AVE SPEED
Average speed, calculated as total distance divided by time.
TOP SPEED
Maximum speed recorded.
SPRINTS
Number of sprint bursts (≥ 25 km/h for ≥ 1 s).

HIGH-SPEED MOVEMENT

HSR
Number of times speed exceeded 20 km/h for more than 1 second.
HSR DISTANCE
Distance covered at ≥ 20 km/h.
HSR PORTION
Share (%) of total distance covered at high speed.

DECEL

Counts where deceleration was lower than −2 m/s².
HI-ACCEL
(High-Intensity Acceleration)
Explosive accelerations exceeding 3 m/s².
HI-DECEL
