Speed Zone Categories

Speed zone analysis provides a visual representation of the intensity of movement during a match.

Speed Zone Distance

• Total Distance Covered: The sum of distances traveled in ZONE 2 to ZONE 5. Since ZONE 1 (standing and stationary time) is excluded, the displayed total distance may be shorter than the actual session distance.

• Distance Covered by Zone: Distances are categorized into ZONE 2, 3, and 4. A higher distance in ZONE 4 and 5 indicates a more intense workout.
